This is tiny little place with high-quality sushi.Their hours are conservative and they only serve dinner on the weekends. Service can be abrupt with very few smiles but if you go for just the food you're in for a real treat. Seating is very very tight especially if you're a party of four. The ambiance is as simple as the service is. While we were there we saw a curry come out of the kitchen that looked and smelled fabulous.

Every item is so good. I am obsessed with the simple miso soup and seaweed salad. The dynamite roll is my go-to. The woman who runs the restaurant definitely makes sure all her customers are well taken care of.

Small town local Japanese restaurant serving up the usual Americanized favorites in a simple, well-loved space. The edamame was your basic steam-and-serve variety. The traditional seaweed, green onion and tofu trio was nearly absent from the miso soup, but the broth was robust and smokey. The 3 sushi rolls we ordered were decent (quality, quantity, etc.). The speed of the sushi prep and delivery was impressive as was our server who was friendly and attentive.
